About Lesson

Welcome to this online course. It’s my intention that you find it a useful resource for becoming more familiar with and integrating the skills you’re learning throughout your NLP training.

The Course sequenced in a way that allows you to  understanding the contexts, concepts and principles that support the Meta Model along with the processes and ‘procedures’ of understanding How to use it. You’ll also find resources to help support your learning and check your knowledge.

It is designed to support the content from live modules and does make some assumptions about your previous learning. It’s recommended you’re currently studying or have studied on an NLP Foundation Diploma and Practitioner to get the most from this course. (Visit our INLPTA Accredited Training page for more information on upcoming live accredited courses)

If you’re already familiar with the Meta Model and NLP, you may wish to access the definitions, resources and exercises as you need to fit your learning. We hope you’ll find  examples and exercises useful and help you integrate them more fully.

We hop you enjoy this course and more importantly find it useful.

Welcome to the Meta Model – The structure of Madness

Here we’ll be exploring the wonderful world of language using the 3 classes of the Meta Model, also sometimes referred to as The Universal Modelling Process of Deletion, Distortion and Generalisation. The processes involved in turning experience into language and language into experience.
