Empowering Positive Change – An NLP Perspective

When you work with people sometimes the only tools you have available to you are your ability to think, your actions and your decisions. ‘How’ you do ‘What’ you do can be the difference that makes the difference.

This one day course introduces and explores the concepts and principles of *NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) in relation to working with others.

*NLP is a practical approach to understanding Psychology and Communication. Originally modelled from Therapy, NLP has found a place in Business, Sports Psychology, Management and Coaching offering practical and effective approaches that can help you make more sense to more people, more of the time.

The course introduces participants to the underpinning concepts and models of NLP and invites people to reflect on the things they can actively do to create more choice, create strong motivating relationships and empower others to take a more active role in their own lives.
