Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP is an extremely useful and practical model of psychology and communication. Based on the study of people who naturally do things well, NLP focusses on the strategies in thinking and behaviour that promote excellence.

Developed in the 1960's by Richard Bandler and John Grinder (et al),  NLP offers us a way of understanding perception, thinking and behaviour in a way that allows us to explore both our own thinking strategies and also allows us to recognise and respond positively to the difference in others.

We all do what we do because on some level it makes sense to us and when we can observe and experience the differences between us with understanding rather than judgement great things can start to happen.

NLP was originally modelled from Therapy, and has found practical and effective use in Business, Sports Psychology, Leadership & Management, Care & Support and Change work.

NLP is a model that helps us get clearer about how we make sense of the world and how others do that differently. NLP contains the information we should have all been taught as children. Once you can understand better more about how you make sense of the world, things like learning, performing and being at your best become much easier and far more natural and effective.

We are proud to be a member of INLPTA - The International NLP Trainers Association, and abide by the ecology and ethics. The purpose of INLPTA is to facilitate the alignment of professional NLP trainers around the world in the ethical and professional use of NLP through the standardization and continual improvement of the NLP accreditation process.
